Tour of SHBA 2023 Fall Festival Of Homes

For nearly two decades, the Fall Festival of Homes has been a prominent annual event, having showcased nearly 500 homes, it stands as Eastern Washington’s premier exhibition of new-home construction. Proudly presented by the Spokane Home Builders Association, the 19th Annual Fall Festival of Homes featured 19 exquisite residences crafted by 15 of Spokane’s most distinguished builders.

Builders unveil the latest trends in design, ranging from Prairie and Farmhouse to Contemporary styles, all showcased in newly constructed homes spread across Spokane & surrounding areas.
