EXAIR Super Air Knives Offer Efficiency, Quiet Operation, Safety Compliance – and Free Stuff!

EXAIR’s Super Air Knives are, size for size, the most efficient and quietest compressed air blowing products on the market today, bar none. The laminar flow of these engineered compressed air products produces a stripping/sweeping action, which is particularly well suited for cleaning, drying, and blowoff applications.

Quiet, hard hitting curtain of air, ideal for a wide variety of air blowing applications.

They come in lengths from 3 inches to 9 feet long, and can be coupled together to make a continuous air curtain of whatever length you need. We offer four materials of construction which allow them to be installed in areas with high heat (up to 800°F), corrosive elements, or stringent cleanliness specifications. They’re compliant with OSHA Standard 1910.242(b) in regard to static pressure at the point of discharge, and 1910.95(a) for allowable sound level.

For many typical industrial applications, durable aluminum construction is lightweight and cost effective. In areas with high heat or corrosive elements, Stainless Steel (type 303 and 316) construction is good to 800°F. PVDF Super Air Knives like the one shown above offer protection against extremely corrosive elements.

EXAIR offers a number of accessories for ease of installation and operation. Universal Air Knife Mounting Systems provide secure, precise positioning. Plumbing Kits can be installed so that connecting supply lines to multiple ports on longer Super Air Knives isn’t required. These Kits tie those ports together, so you just have to bring air in to one side (or both sides for 60″ lengths & up). Coupling Bracket Kits can be used to join Super Air Knives together for the longer, continuous, uninterrupted curtains of air I mentioned above.

A 72″ Super Air Knife w/ Plumbing Kit Installed is supported by Model 9060 Universal Air Knife Mounting Systems for blowing debris from a laser cutting machine.
